I met Josh McCracken and I was glad God has lead me to this wonderful gentleman, now a friend. With limited input from my wife, Maria, we went to work and he helped us in a very short time, find the perfect home for our family in the Forest Hills Central School district, our first choice of schools. My wife and I weren't planning on purchasing a home for at least another year. The perfect property for us came on the market, and we knew we needed to make a play for it. "I have now bought a home from Josh and sold a home through him. I had no previous relationship to Josh before my purchasing experience. The first purchase experience was based upon a friend's suggestion, the second sale was because I wouldn't choose anyone else to do business with.
